By using our website or booking a repair with Piper Electronics, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Services

Piper Electronics provides repair, refurbishment, and installation services for TVs, amplifiers, Hi-Fi systems, speakers, subwoofers, sound systems, DJ equipment, CD/DVD players, and related electronics at 146 Marshall Street, Johannesburg.

2. Bookings and Quotations

• All repairs are subject to diagnostic assessment, typically completed same day.
• A written or WhatsApp quote will be provided before any work commences.
• No repair work begins without client authorisation of the quote.
• Booking a repair does not guarantee the device can be repaired.

3. No Fix, No Fee

If we cannot repair your device and you choose not to proceed, no repair fee is charged. A diagnostic fee may apply for specialist assessments and will be communicated upfront.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate device and fault information when booking.
• Back up all data before bringing devices in. Piper Electronics is not responsible for data loss during repair.
• Devices uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of after reasonable notice is given.

5. Warranty

Repairs carry a 30-day labour warranty. Parts carry manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair.

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is due upon collection of your repaired device.
• We accept cash, EFT (bank transfer), and card payments.
• Devices may be retained until full payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. Piper Electronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, and logos is the property of Piper Electronics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Amendments

Piper Electronics reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
