Returns

All returns are dealt with in an urgent manner to provide full customer satisfaction. We ask for your

patience in our efforts to resolve the problem.

Any goods returned to us must be in original packing, undamaged and unused, with all accessories.

Should you wish to cancel your order, then you must first inform us in writing and return the goods

within seven working days of receipt of the goods at your own cost. All returned goods need to be

insured as Piper Electronics does not accept responsibility for goods not received or damaged in

transit.

Please be aware that the product images on our website are here to offer a fair guideline of the

color and finish of the products. Piper Electronics cannot accept returns on color match differences.

Please contact us should there be a specific color requirement prior to dispatch.

Piper Electronics reserves the right to refuse a full refund on goods returned should they not be

returned complete as supplied, in original packaging and with proof of purchase. NO USED GOODS

WILL BE REFUNDED.

Fraud

To assist both Piper Electronics and you the customer in the prevention of internet fraud, we may

request full proof of identity should any submitted information flag up on our alert systems in our

payment console. Should we not receive full proof of identity, Piper Electronics reserves the right to

with hold supply. In the case of fraudulent activity, the authorities will be notified and your

information will be handed over for further investigation.

Warranty

All the products we supply are covered by our manufacturer’s standard 12 month warranty valid

from date of purchase. Should you develop any problems with the product during this period, you

may contact us to discuss delivery / collection arrangements and the repair / replacement of the

directly on +2781 563 8584. Always keep original packaging and your proof or purchase and delivery

throughout the warranty period. The warranty does not cover physical or cosmetic

damage/abuse/fire/theft/commercial use/attempted repair by unauthorized persons.

Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse our services to any prospective client; we also reserve the right to

cancel any order placed on our site, where an administration error may have occurred as to the

correct pricing of the item.
